We don’t like collecting personal data. We keep as little as we can, and we only use it so we can actually help you.
What we use it for
Your details are there for three things:
- Customer support, when you write to us or need help with an order or a plugin
- Shipping merchandise, so a physical order can reach you
- Updates about plugins, bug fixes, and new products, if you’re on the newsletter
We don’t use your data for ads, or for anything unrelated to Potenza DSP.
What we keep
If you make an account or buy something, we store the name, email, and order details needed to deliver a plugin, a licence, or a parcel. A merch order also needs a shipping address. If you email us, we keep that conversation so we can support you.
We don’t sell or share it
We do not sell your data, and we never will. We don’t share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone who wants it for their own business.
Checkout and shipping are the only hand-off, and only so an order can happen. The payment method you choose receives what it needs to take payment. If you buy merch, the printer receives the name and address needed to post it. Nothing more, and not for anything else.
Your choices
- See and correct it. Ask us what we hold about you, and tell us if something is wrong.
- Delete your account. Ask us and, once we’ve confirmed it’s you, we permanently delete your data within 60 days.
- Leave the newsletter. Every update email has an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it
We keep information only while we need it to support you, finish an order, or meet a legal duty. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove it.
